Massimo Masini is Vice President Operations at TS Conductor. Massimo is a passionate operations leader focusing on continuous improvement. He has 30+ years of international business operations in the Aerospace and Hi-Tech Industries.

Massimo sits on the Board of Directors of CSULB and HI Tec Start Up companies.

In addition to holding a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from Rome (Italy), and an MBA from CSU Long Beach; he is Certified Black Belt and Six Sigma from  ASQ.

Massimo teaches at CSULB the “Management & Operations” course in the On-line and the Saturday MBA.
